Responsibilities
- Define the architectural blueprint for the 2026 Autonomous Systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers to implement complex machine learning models in production.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee code quality, technical debt reduction, and system reliability engineering.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate into the 2026 platform stack.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical decision-making for critical system components.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability distributed systems.
- Experience in the Autonomous Systems, Robotics, or Automotive industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
