Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid quantum-classical systems to optimize performance for next-generation workloads.
- Lead research and development initiatives in quantum algorithms and their integration with deep learning models.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor senior engineers in quantum software development and AI engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific concepts into scalable, production-ready software.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and ethical compliance in autonomous AI and quantum deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and quantum hardware interfaces.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
