Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation neural networks designed to operate at the quantum level, optimizing data throughput for the year 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and quantum engineers to define the technical roadmap.
- Design scalable integration protocols that seamlessly bridge classical computing systems with emerging quantum processors.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency in high-stakes environments.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and synthetic data generation.
- Mentor junior architects and provide strategic guidance on architectural decisions that impact long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing development.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with practical experience in quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and edge computing architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
