We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Infrastructure Architect to design the backbone of our next-generation generative AI platform. Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy resilient, high-scale AI infrastructure capable of supporting billions of concurrent requests.
- Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for edge deployment and real-time inference.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to design novel neural network architectures that push the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems design.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
