Responsibilities
- Define Ethical Frameworks: Establish comprehensive governance policies for AI autonomy, bias mitigation, and transparency for our 2026 product suite.
- Technical Architecture Review: Audit our machine learning models and neural interfaces to ensure compliance with future-ready safety standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, legal teams, and external partners to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential biases or unintended consequences in algorithmic decision-making processes.
- Training & Mentorship: Lead training sessions for engineers and data scientists on ethical AI practices and responsible innovation.
- Thought Leadership: Publish white papers and speak at industry conferences regarding the future of AI alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and algorithmic decision-making systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and ethical guidelines for large-scale tech products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with international data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and emerging AI regulations.
