Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop real-time ethical monitoring tools for deployed AI solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical principles into AI lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional committees on responsible AI deployment
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in AI research and development
- Create industry standards for human-AI interaction protocols
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing AI ethics frameworks for large-scale systems
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for deep learning models
- Published research on algorithmic transparency and explainability
- Experience with international AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong background in cognitive science and human-computer interaction
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Proven track record of influencing AI product roadmaps
