- R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, researching emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI deployment.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architectural capacity within the AI/ML sector.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends and implementing them to solve complex business problems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
