Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures and machine learning pipelines for autonomous decision-making environments.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Neuromorphic computing integration.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Oversee model training, fine-tuning, and deployment on high-performance edge computing clusters.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to enhance human-machine interaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineering teams to optimize software-hardware co-design for low-latency inference.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish protocols for AI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Research: Strong publication record or patent portfolio in AI/ML is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Excellent technical writing and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
