What You Will Do:
- Architect and deploy advanced machine learning models capable of processing complex, real-time data streams.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers in the "2026 Initiative," focusing on AGI research and neural architecture search.
- Define the technical vision for AI integration across all product verticals.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency in all systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, Security) to translate research into consumer-ready applications.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical reviews to maintain the highest standards of code quality.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.

- Programming: Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
