Role Overview:
As our Lead AI Architect, you will be the bridge between theoretical research and practical engineering. You will lead a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, establishing architectural standards that ensure scalability, security, and performance. Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable AI/ML infrastructure and pipelines to support business goals through 2026.
- Team Management: Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Model Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical vision and roadmap for future AI initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimize for latency and throughput, and implement best practices for MLOps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and make high-impact architectural decisions.
