Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of models to ensure real-time performance and accuracy at scale.

- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
