Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Strategic Vision: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, defining the technical strategy for the 2026 initiative.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary machine learning models, pushing the boundaries of current capabilities.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions in high-pressure environments.
