Job Description
Shape the Future with Project 2026
We are building the infrastructure for the next generation of artificial intelligence. As part of our elite 'Project 2026' initiative, you will be at the forefront of developing scalable, ethical, and transformative AI systems that will redefine industry standards for the coming decade.
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our research and engineering efforts. You won't just be maintaining legacy systems; you will architect the neural networks and data pipelines that power our core products. If you are passionate about the intersection of deep learning, distributed systems, and ethical AI, this is your stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning pipelines and scalable cloud infrastructure for our flagship AI products.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers, setting technical vision and ensuring best practices in code quality and system architecture.
- Research & Development: Push the boundaries of current AI capabilities, exploring novel architectures in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of models to ensure high performance, low latency, and reduced inference costs.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI fairness, transparency, and safety to mitigate bias in automated decision-making systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- System Design: Proven ability to design high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in mentoring teams and driving technical initiatives from concept to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
