Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM pipelines and Agentic workflows.
- Lead the design of robust evaluation frameworks for AI safety and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model versioning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
