Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant Agentic AI systems using modern frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
- Lead a team of elite ML engineers and data scientists to implement next-gen AI features.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on autonomous reasoning, memory retention, and self-correction loops.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy in autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLM applications and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Experience with graph databases and semantic search technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor high-performing technical teams.
