Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for our 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems in production environments.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the AI engineering department.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct code reviews and perform technical architecture reviews to ensure system integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Quantum Computing integration and Edge AI for 2026 readiness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Machine Learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS or GCP.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
