Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen LLMs: Architect and deploy scalable, multimodal Large Language Models tailored for enterprise integration by 2026.
- Lead Engineering Strategy: Direct a cross-functional squad of ML engineers and researchers to deliver breakthroughs in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.
- Optimize Compute Efficiency: Implement neuromorphic computing techniques and quantization strategies to drastically reduce inference costs.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, ensuring our AI stack remains future-proof against rapid industry shifts.
- Ensure AI Ethics: Establish governance frameworks and safety protocols for autonomous agent deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with 3+ years in a lead architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of deploying LLMs in high-stakes environments (FinTech or Healthcare preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
