Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and whitepapers for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate futuristic concepts into product development pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-state scenarios to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global markets
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
