Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate AI) and their business implications
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on societal transformations and ethical tech adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year future horizons
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and geopolitical dynamics impacting tech innovation
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech disruption, climate tech, or neurotech
- Strong data modeling capabilities for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published work on technological singularity or societal transformation topics
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
