As a key member of our Quantum Innovation Division, you'll lead the development of fault-tolerant quantum architectures, optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications, and mentor a team of quantum engineers. Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Collaborate with academic institutions and government agencies on quantum research initiatives
- Establish quantum security protocols and quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investment partners
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and quantum coherence enhancement
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and quantum control hardware
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks
- Demonstrated ability to secure quantum research funding (>$1M preferred)
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum standards)
