Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Analyze emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, Web4.0) for commercial viability and competitive disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for socio-technological shifts in 2026-2030
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and acquire breakthrough startups
- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Build a global network of futurists, academic pioneers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing future-focused technologies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Technology Strategy, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional analytical and predictive modeling skills with data-driven decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., books, journals)
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
