Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural architectures that align with the technical standards of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Generative AI and Autonomous Agents, pushing the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize model performance for speed and accuracy in real-world environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Specialization: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning with proven experience deploying models at scale.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
