Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI models, focusing on ethical AI and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across all deployed AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Quantum Computing and Neural Networks to integrate emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale ML projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data pipeline management.
