Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams for 2026 and beyond.
- Define the Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the 2026 technical vision, ensuring our stack remains at the bleeding edge of technology.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting technical interviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize Performance: Spearhead efforts to optimize neural networks and quantum-resistant algorithms, ensuring zero-latency performance in critical applications.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, edge computing, and synthetic biology to integrate relevant technologies into our product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment and pivot strategies quickly based on market feedback.
