Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI 2026 technical roadmap, focusing on autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to develop cutting-edge deep learning models.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience designing large-scale ML pipelines and production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure infrastructure and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
