Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable AI frameworks designed for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Lead the Research and Development (R&D) team in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Define best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate advanced AI concepts into market-ready features.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance across all AI initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and GPU acceleration libraries.
- Proven track record of leading complex AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
