Responsibilities

- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 initiatives, translating high-level business goals into concrete technical roadmaps and milestones.
- Model Optimization: Research and deploy cutting-edge optimization techniques to improve model inference speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and collaborate with product managers to integrate complex AI solutions into seamless user experiences.
- Risk Mitigation: Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure system reliability and data security in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on Deep Learning or Neural Networks.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, high-availability systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
