What You Will Do:

- Drive the implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI compliance.
- Research emerging technologies to keep our stack at the cutting edge.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines optimized for low latency and high throughput.
- Define the technical strategy for deploying generative models in production environments.
- Oversee model training, validation, and fine-tuning processes using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to a team of data scientists and engineers.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Proven experience designing systems for cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
