Responsibilities

- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance AI systems and cloud-native infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-scale data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Technical Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative models, edge computing) and prototype solutions that provide a competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.
