Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap in close collaboration with executive leadership and product teams.
- Design high-performance, scalable distributed systems for complex machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and mentorship.
- Architect robust data pipelines and MLOps strategies to ensure seamless deployment and real-time decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies (Generative AI, Large Language Models) and integrate them into our ecosystem.
- Ensure security, compliance, and ethical standards in all AI implementations and data usage.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex systems under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
