Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure designed to support 2026 enterprise demands.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our core machine learning models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Drive code quality and engineering standards across the AI department.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering talent, conducting regular technical reviews.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI model drift and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 5+ engineers.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Experience with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation.
