Job Description
We are building the infrastructure for the year 2026. At Nexus Future Labs, we are not just predicting the future; we are engineering it. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to lead our research into next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and multimodal AI systems.
In this pivotal role, you will define the technical roadmap that will power our products through the next decade. You will work alongside world-class researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what is possible in generative AI, ensuring our solutions are scalable, ethical, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary AI models and generative systems focused on the 2026 technology stack.
- Design scalable MLOps pipelines to handle high-throughput training and inference environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Research, Product, Engineering) to translate theoretical research into production-ready applications.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, safety, and ethical deployment of autonomous systems.
- Oversee the evaluation and optimization of model performance (latency, accuracy, cost-efficiency).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with 8+ years of industry experience.
- Deep expertise in training and fine-tuning large-scale transformer models and LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, high-performance computing, and GPU optimization (CUDA).
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector database architectures.
