Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation workloads for the 2026 era.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance compliance across all cloud environments.
- Define and implement best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to drive the adoption of novel technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or similar role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other modern machine learning frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices design.
- Experience with high-performance computing and data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale, production-ready software solutions.
