Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of Quantum-Enhanced Neural Networks designed to process data at speeds unattainable by classical computing.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for Autonomous Decision-Making Systems, ensuring AI agents can navigate complex, real-world environments without human intervention.
- Establish and enforce AI Ethics and Safety Protocols for sentient-level software, ensuring compliance with global digital governance laws of 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, data scientists, and cybersecurity experts to integrate next-gen hardware with software ecosystems.
- Predict and prepare for Emerging Tech Disruptions (e.g., Synthetic Biology integration) and pivot development strategies accordingly.
- Mentor a high-performing team of 2026-native engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior engineering roles, with at least 3 years specifically in leading AI/ML or Quantum projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and emerging quantum libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) with a portfolio of deployed solutions.
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects that require both high-level strategy and deep technical execution.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures and the ability to design self-improving code systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
