- Strategic Prototyping: Lead the R&D phase for cutting-edge technologies, turning theoretical concepts into viable, scalable prototypes.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and executing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
