Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure tailored for 2026-era computing paradigms.
- Lead the design of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends, specifically focusing on Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Optimize model performance for edge computing environments and distributed systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying production-grade ML systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the Fintech or Healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
