Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 20%+ through consultative selling techniques
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with weekend marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in call tracking and pipeline management systems
- Develop deep product expertise to position solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Participate in weekend sales huddles with regional leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of closing 15+ deals/month in B2B environment
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to executive-level buyers
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently on weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services sales ideal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
