Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns to enterprise clients across North America
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Develop customized solutions presentations demonstrating ROI for prospects
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Document all interactions in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Participate in weekend team training sessions to enhance product expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K annual sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
