Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure using Salesforce CRM
- Develop customized solutions for enterprise clients across multiple industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic relationship building
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions in CRM system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7PM-4AM EST)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
