Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Present product solutions and close sales during evening shifts (6 PM - 2 AM CT)
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with daytime teams for seamless handoffs and account continuity
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience required
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with clear, persuasive phone presence
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule with reliable transportation
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Nebraska residency preferred; familiarity with regional market a plus
