Responsibilities
- Execute outbound/inbound sales strategies during night shift hours (7 PM - 3 AM EST) to exceed quarterly targets
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to consult with enterprise clients across SaaS, manufacturing, and healthcare verticals
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain 95%+ data accuracy
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handoffs and cross-selling opportunities
- Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels
- Represent the company at virtual industry events during night hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented $500K+ annual achievement
- Proven ability to close complex deals in remote/virtual environments
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Availability to work 40-hour night shift schedule with flexibility for weekend coverage
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales dashboards and KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
