Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone/email to generate new business opportunities
- Present product solutions to C-level executives using consultative selling techniques
- Manage full sales pipeline in Salesforce to exceed weekly/monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct 30+ qualified sales calls per day while maintaining CRM accuracy
- Close deals with average deal size of $15K-$25K
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
