Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and build strong relationships with enterprise-level prospects
- Present tailored solutions via virtual product demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Participate in weekly sales training and team workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions preferred
