Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle client objections effectively
- Provide weekly pipeline reports and actionable insights to sales leadership
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
