Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Document all client interactions and opportunities accurately in the CRM.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a proven track record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
