Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their pain points and demonstrate our premium solutions.
- Navigate CRM systems (Salesforce) to maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Close deals by negotiating contracts and overcoming objections with a persuasive approach.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication and active listening skills with a persuasive and energetic tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including some weekends.
