Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present product and service offerings to potential clients to identify their needs and match solutions.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaign execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
