Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads using CRM software and inbound leads.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to generate revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales scripts and strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Document all interactions and customer information accurately in Salesforce.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn uncapped income.
