Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in daily training and development sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for hitting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
