Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified sales leads.
- Identify and qualify prospects to determine their needs and interest level.
- Present product demonstrations and explain complex services in a simple, understandable manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Document all customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings if needed.
